When does the festival site open?
Festival site opens 1.00pm Thursday, closes 12 noon Monday.
Where do I park if not camping?
We have a free car park just outside the entrance for day and evening visitors.
I have an evening ticket. What time can I access the festival site?
Access is from 6pm for evening ticket holders.
Do I need to bring camping chairs?
You don’t need to as all our venues are seated. However it’s lovely to sit outside the marquee and soak up the atmosphere.
Is there access to the marquees for shelter if it rains or is very hot?
Yes – if you have a festival ticket, you will be able to shelter inside a marquee. However, you will NOT be able to save a space for the concert by leaving a coat etc.
Can I bring my dog/s with me?
As our lovely new greenfield site is used as farmland, we are unable to accommodate dogs on site. Furry-four-legged friends will need to stay at home over festival weekend.
How does the early access pass work?
We allow a limited number of units to set up camp on the Wednesday. Arrival MUST be between 5pm and 8pm as the gates will not be open outside those times. Admission to the Festival Village will be available when the festival opens at 1pm on Thursday.
Can bring my car on site?
Cars can be brought on site and parked next to tents.
Will I be camping on a hill?
The site when not used by Warwick Folk Festival, is used as farming land for sheep. Besides a couple of lumps and bumps the site is flat in some places and very gently sloping in others.
Why do I need camping passes as well if I’ve paid for glamping?
The glamping fee is paid to our lovely partners Pitch Tents who supply the tents and manpower. We still need to cover the costs of lights, toilets and showers etc.
Do you have mobile phone charging??
Mobile phone charging isn’t offered but we are hoping to have power banks that we will sell fully charged and charge up for you while you’re there.
There’s also a pamper tent with sockets for hair dryers etc – people often charge their phones there.
What facilities are available for hair drying?
