Trading at Warwick Folk Festival
We’re now full for this year- check back in December for next year.
We’re delighted you’re considering joining us at Warwick Folk Festival.
Set in the beautiful green surroundings of Castle Park, our Festival Village is the heart of the weekend — a relaxed, friendly space where music, dance, workshops, family activities and carefully selected traders all come together on one easily accessible site close to Warwick town centre and the iconic castle.
With over 40 years of history, the festival has built a loyal and supportive audience who genuinely value independent makers, artists and quality food. Many of our traders return year after year, not just for the trading opportunity, but for the atmosphere and sense of community.
Our Festival Village
We aim to create a varied, high-quality marketplace that complements the wider festival programme. Space is limited, so we carefully balance our trader mix to ensure diversity and avoid duplication. We welcome:
Craft Traders
Original makers, artists and designers offering distinctive, well-presented work. Craft demonstrations or small workshops that enhance the Festival Village atmosphere are always welcome where appropriate.
Caterers
We are particularly keen to offer a broad food provision across the weekend. Diversity of cuisine and strong dietary options are important to us — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other clearly catered dietary requirements. Our audience appreciates quality, thoughtful menus and good value, and we try to ensure a balanced range of food across the site.
The Trading Environment
All entertainment areas, camping and trading pitches are located on one site together, creating steady footfall throughout the weekend. The nearby Fringe festival in Warwick Town Centre also encourages lots of passing trade as well as interest from Warwick Castle customers. Returning traders often report breakfast and early evening as particularly busy times, with a more relaxed but profitable daytime flow in between.
