Ticket Types
There are 5 ways you can enjoy Warwick Folk Festival,
and children go free in all of these ways!
Weekend Tickets
Experience everything Warwick Folk Festival has to offer.
Join us from Thursday or Friday for the whole weekend and soak up the music, ceilidhs, sessions, workshops, and after hours in the beer tent!
Includes access to the festival village.
Note: If you want to camp you’ll need to order that as extra item.
Day Tickets
A great experience for fans with limited time to spare over the weekend.
If there is a particular headliner you want to see, book your ticket for that day and squeeze all the festival fun into one day!
Includes access to the festival village.
Evening Tickets
A great night out with access to festival grounds from 6pm.
Includes access to the festival village.
Festival Village only
If you love soaking up the festival village vibes,
but the headliners and ceilidh aren’t that important to you.
You can join us from 10am – 6pm during the daytime on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
You won’t get to see any of the main stages, but get to mosey the festival village, check out the Jester Stage, and have all the family entertainment available!
Warwick Town Fringe
We take over the whole town of Warwick
on Saturday and Sunday of festival weekend.
Check out some of the free events happening in the town centre such as the Morris procession, or see some live music at our festival partner venues (no access to the main festival site/family entertainment).
Ticket Price Options
General Tickets
- ADULT ticket (18+)
- YOUTH ticket (age 15-17)
Can only be purchased when booking an adult ticket. A youth remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult. - CHILD ticket (age 14 or under)
Can only be purchased when booking an adult ticket. Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. A child remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
Weekend Ticket

- SENIOR ticket (65+)
Applies if the attendee is aged 65 or over (offered for weekend tickets only). - YOUNG PERSON’S ticket (age 18-24)
Applies if the attendee is aged 18 to 24 (offered for weekend tickets only).
Locals Discounts for 2026
If you live in postcode areas CV31, CV32, CV33, CV34 or CV35 you can apply a 20% discount for any Day or Evening tickets.
You will be asked for evidence of address upon wristband collection from the on site Box Office.

Camping Tickets

If you would like to stay on the campsite, you will need to add camping tickets to your Weekend tickets.
Camping tickets are per person and apply no matter what sort of camping unit you have. You can bring a tent, caravan or motorhome using the camping pass. You can park your car next to your tent or caravan but if you intend to use it over the weekend, please move it to the car park.
You can arrive from 1pm on Thursday if you have a Thurs-Sun Ticket
We have a limited number of electric hook up pitches available in a designated area. You will not be able to camp next to a standard camping pitch.
Early Campsite Access Pass
This gives you the opportunity to arrive between 5pm and 8pm on the Wednesday and watch us finish off setting up. If you are not able to arrive between those times, please do not select this option.
- You will need a Thurs-Sun ticket before you can add this on.
- Access is to the campsite only and facilities will be available but basic.
- You can spend Thursday exploring Warwick or visiting Warwick Castle on a discount ticket before the festival starts.
Glamping SOLD OUT
We have a limited number of Bell tents for hire with beds and more according to the package. You will need to add a camping pass for each person in your party to your weekend ticket then you can add your glamping tent hire. More info here

Campsite
If you need a space on the accessible campsite, this MUST be booked AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance. Please book this in Camping Extras when ordering your ticket. This will give you a camping spot in an accessible area. This is for your own unit only! Wider family and friends will need to pitch outside of this area, as space is limited, and we need to ensure it meets the needs of all our access campers. Please only book this if absolutely necessary – over all other site areas, buggies are available on demand during the day to transport you from your pitch to the festival village.
Concessionary Tickets for Access Customers
If you are an adult (18+) and unable to attend the festival without the assistance of an essential companion, we can provide a concessionary companion ticket. You will need either an Access Card or a FREE Warwick Folk Festival Digital Access Pass (DAP) with the +1 symbol allocated. Once you have purchased your tickets, email us with either your Access Card or DAP ID, and we will send you the concession ticket.
Remember, if you already have an Access Card with +1, just email us with your full name and ID as it appears on the Card.
If you don’t have an Access Card, you can apply for a FREE Warwick Folk Festival DAP by clicking the link below, and our partners Nimbus Disability will process your application and be in touch.
There is also the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 should you wish to apply for broader recognition.
The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirements that clearly communicates your requirements to thousands of organisations, venues, events, and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond.

Dogs
The festival site is on a working farm so there are no dogs allowed on site except for clearly identified assistance dogs.

Admission cannot be guaranteed to any particular venue, but you will always find room at another event.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase if you later find the festival clashes with another event such as a wedding or anything similar. Tickets can be passed on to someone else, but please inform the Box Office. Refunds for medical emergencies may be refunded on written request via our contact form

You can only purchase tickets for the festival from this site – they are not available elsewhere.
