Tower Ravens are London’s premier rapper sword dance team, taking their name from the feathered guardians of the Tower of London. Rooted in the traditional rapper dancing of North-East England, they wield flexible steel “swords” to form intricate locks and patterns while delivering fast footwork, tight formations, and daring acrobatic movements. When they’re not performing at festivals and events, you’ll often find them crawling their way through London’s historic pubs on their monthly tours of the city.
