Founded in 1949 as the King’s College Morris Men, the Newcastle Kingsmen evolved into widely acclaimed masters of the traditional Northumbrian Rapper sword dance. Winning multiple awards over the years, the Kingsmen continue to showcase the Rapper tradition from the pubs of Newcastle to festivals across the country and abroad.
