Broadside Mummers

The poor denizens of Warwick town have barely had time to recuperate but ‘Broadside Mummers’ have returned to the festival and as usual are hell bent on spreading their own brand of uncompromising wit and repartee. This year’s theme entitled ‘‘The Yo-lo, Yo-yo Nightie’ or ‘The Devil’s Doorbell’, involves not one but three Devil’s, St George, Sir Buster Cherry, a Policeman, a doctor or two, and of course, guaranteed to keep everyone in their place, the fabulous heroine of the piece, Miss Donna Matrix! The performance, and what a performance it is, must not to be missed! Agreed, it’s not for the feint hearted, but don’t forget to mark your card nonetheless!
