Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you read this section before booking.

  • An ADULT WEEKEND ticket gives unlimited access to all events, space permitting.
  • A FAMILY WEEKEND ticket is for 2 Adults and 2 or more Juniors. The price is based on the price of 2 Adult tickets plus 1 junior ticket.
  • A JUNIOR is a person aged 10 to 17 (inclusive).
  • CHILDREN UNDER 10 are free when adults are buying a WEEKEND or DAY TICKET. Check the Ticket Prices Table (above) for the charge on EVENING TICKETS. Children need to be accompanied by an adult and remain their responsibility at any event at all times.
  • A DAY TICKET is valid for all events on the day of issue from 10:00 until midnight.
  • An EVENING TICKET is valid for all events on the day of issue from 18:00 until midnight.
  • A limited number of individual EVENT TICKETS is usually made available close to the festival date.
  • A CONCESSIONARY TICKET can be bought by anyone who is 65 yrs or over, has an NUS Card, or is in receipt of benefit. Proof of entitlement will be required when collecting tickets at the Festival Weekend, or may be requested to be sent by email or post to the Box Office before a receipt will be sent out.
  • CAMPING is for WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS only and is charged PER PERSON for ADULTS and JUNIORS and PER FAMILY for FAMILY TICKETS. It needs to be booked at the same time as your weekend tickets.
    • Please note that for:
    • Weekend ticket holders, the campsite will be open from 10:00am on Friday and
    • Weekend Plus ticket holders only, the campsite will be open from 5:00pm on Thursday afternoon.
    • All, the campsite should be vacated by noon on Monday.

Notes:

  • ADMISSION cannot always be guaranteed, but you will always find room at another event.
  • DISABLED VISITORS - the Festival uses a wide range of venues over the weekend, and most are suitable for disabled visitors. Disabled toilet facilities are also available on site. We are more than happy to answer any specific queries and make special arrangements if necessary - please telephone the Admin Office on the number below in the footer.
  • DOGS - regrettably dogs are not allowed on the Festival site, except Guide Dogs.
  • ACCOMMODATION - Warwick is able to offer a range of hotel and B&B accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. Please visit the Tourist Information Centre
  • REFUNDS: Warwick Folk Festival will consider refunds after the Festival weekend when applied for in writing, with the original Ticket Receipt enclosed.
  • OFFICIAL PHOTOS, VISUAL AND AUDIO PROMOTION: Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
